Sometimes we end up with a lot of duck livers. What to do but make pâté?
Smooth and luxurious, with a hint of brandy and the spices we use for our duck confit (see our Cassoulet!). Spread it on toasted baguette or Georgia Sourdough Crackers. Very limited quantities available. Delivered frozen in 8 oz. jars. Keeps for 6 months frozen, once thawed eat within 2 days.
