Cassoulet is traditionally a rustic French casserole made with a variety of meats, beans, and tomatoes baked with a bread crumb topping. We're making this version with our own duck confit, bacon, pork loin, kielbasa and organic cannellini beans. We pack the bread crumbs separately - you can either float them in your heated stew or go for the classic style and bake the stew topped with the bread crumbs until they meld into a heavenly combination.
