Based on Jacque Pepin's version of the famous stew from the South of France, our Chicken Bouillabaisse features tender chicken thighs, kielbasa, potatoes, and the seasonings that make bouillabaisse so special:  saffron, tarragon, fennel, and herbes de Provence.  We include a ramekin of rouille to dollop on top.  Ingredients:  Chicken, Kielbasa sausage, potatoes, tomatoes, leeks, celery, carrot, garlic, lemon, saffron, fennel seed, herbes de Provence, white wine, tarragon, salt, black pepper.  For rouille:  Blue Plate mayonaisse, garlic, paprika, cayenne pepper, EV olive oil, salt
