When we set out to create a squash and apple soup earlier this year, we ended up with two completely different versions that we loved!  This is a smooth puree of tender squash and tart apple, warmed up with our own curry spice blend and roasted diced squash.  Ingredients:  Butternut squash, apples, onion, EV olive oil, apple cider, coriander, cumin, mustard, black pepper, turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, kosher salt
