Reubens have always been one of our favorite deli sandwiches. After trying Reuben eggrolls in a local Avondale Estates pub, we knew it was time to create our own Reuben in soup form! Corned beef, sauerkraut, golden potatoes and Swiss Cheese in a creamy chicken base. We include our house made 1000 Island dressing and crispy rye croutons on the side to complete your Reuben experience. Try it today!
Ingredients: Corned beef brisket, SHS chicken stock (chicken, leek, onion, carrot, parsley, thyme, black pepper, bay leaf) Swiss cheese, sauerkraut (cabbage, salt), onion, garlic, butter, wheat flour, red pepper flakes, caraway seed, vegan Worcestershire sauce, potato, bay leaf, salt, rye bread (rye flour, wheat flour, yeast, salt), 1000 Island dressing (Blue plate mayo, ketchup, pickle relish, onion, vinegar, salt, black pepper)
