Side Hustle Soups is now offering sourdough bread, weekly! We are sourcing our bread from Colette Bread and Bakeshop in Poncey-Highland Atlanta. Colette uses traditional methods of natural fermentation, sourcing fresh milled flours from Lindley Mills in North Carolina. This is really good bread, folks.
Our bread offerings are currently boules (rounds) in 2 sizes: Demi Boule (650g) and Full Boule (1,000g). There will be a limited run of these each week, so when they run out the next availability will be the following week/menu. We consider this a permanent addition to our menu year-round. Good bread makes good soup even better!
