A true Southern classic - did you grow up eating this too?  Shredded sharp cheddar and house-roasted pimentos make a tangy spread to use for sandwiches, dip for crackers and crudites, stir some into scrambled eggs - or just eat it with a spoon!  Ingredients:  Cheddar cheese,  cream cheese, Blue Plate mayonnaise, roasted red bell pepper, lemon, vegan Worcestershire sauce, cayenne, garlic
